Advokatskrivstovan has provided Faroese authorities with advice on questions regarding international law in connection with the negotiations with Danish authorities on the transfer of the area ”subsoil resources” to Faroese authorities.

Advokatskrivstovan has also provided Faroese authorities with advice in connection with negotiations between the Faroe Islands and the United Kingdom on the continental shelf boundary.
